The migration is now complete for the vast majority of customers, who have full functionality restored in their Home Assistant Cloud account page — including updating billing information, changing subscriptions, and changing their account email.
A small number of customers still need to be migrated to our new payment provider, and this work will continue over the next few days. If you're affected, no action is needed on your part — everything will be restored automatically.

Scheduled maintenance is still in progress. If you received a notification from our systems about an invoice, account creation or similar, these are coming from our new payment provider and can be safely ignored. No additional payments transactions have occurred. We're actively working on this.
